CA Sanjay Rastogi is the founder of the Firm Sanjay Rastogi and Associates. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Law Graduate. He has more than 30 years of professional experience across various sectors of Industry. Sanjay is known for his practical hands-on proactive approach and for harnessing deep involvement in each engagement and has proved to be an outstanding leader in several roles. He works closely with stakeholders and together with his extensive experience and international affiliations, he provides ready access to opportunities, resources and solutions for his clients and teams. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in balancing the expectations of the investors and the investee companies and sits on the Boards of several companies. He is an expert in enhancing Enterprise value, instill good Governance, and assist in inculcating fiscal discipline, create business opportunities, imbibe progressive thought processes for the adoption of expansion strategies and a mindset that opens up opportunities for client’s portfolios/companies. He has worked in different sectors of industries like- Education, Auto Industry, Hospitality, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, IT & ITES, Food & Beverage and is a specialist in Financial Management. He has also worked very extensively in the Development Sector with prestigious organizations in various capacities as Director, Statutory Auditor, Consultant, Advisor, etc. He heads the Corporate Finance Practice of the Firm.
